Order Enquiries

When contacting us about an order, please provide:

• The name and phone number used for the order.
• A brief description of your enquiry.
• Clear photos or videos when reporting a product issue.

Returns and Exchanges

Return, exchange, and refund requests must currently be submitted through Moshee’s official WhatsApp number and will be handled in accordance with our published Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Official Communication

Moshee will only request order-related information through its official communication channels.

Moshee will never request your card password, one-time password, mobile-wallet password, or online-banking login details.
