Moshee delivers orders to all governorates across Egypt. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, Moshee will contact you through WhatsApp to confirm the order details, customer information, phone number, and delivery address.
The delivery timeframe begins only after the order has been successfully confirmed through WhatsApp.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all governorates within Egypt.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is generally between 5 and 7 business days from the date the order is confirmed through WhatsApp.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the governorate, delivery address, courier operations, or circumstances outside Moshee’s reasonable control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery governorate and location. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery in accordance with the selected payment method shown during checkout.
Inspecting the Shipment
Where inspection is permitted by the courier, the customer may open the shipment before payment to confirm:
- The correct product or model has been delivered.
- The correct color has been delivered.
- The item appears to be in good condition.
Trying on, wearing, washing, or otherwise using the item during inspection is not permitted. Inspection remains subject to the courier’s procedures at the time of delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Missed or Refused Delivery
Please ensure that the customer or an authorized recipient is available to receive the shipment. If you need to change your delivery information or believe you may be unavailable, contact Moshee as soon as possible through WhatsApp.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product or notice a problem with the item, please contact Moshee through WhatsApp as soon as possible and provide your order information and clear photos of the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by Moshee’s published Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
