By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Moshee Store, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our applicable policies, including our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to complete the purchase or have any consent required under applicable law.

3. Products and Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, colors, photographs, specifications, and prices as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen, lighting, photography, and display settings.

Product measurements, recommended fit, and sizing guidance are provided to assist customers and may vary depending on height, body shape, proportions, and individual fit preference. Customers may contact Moshee Store on WhatsApp before ordering if they require sizing assistance.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

Submitting an order through the website represents a request to purchase the selected products. Receiving an automated website notification does not by itself mean that the order has been finally accepted.

An order becomes confirmed after Moshee Store:

• Confirms the order with the customer through WhatsApp.
• Reviews the customer’s contact information and delivery address.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, delivery address, governorate, area, and any information necessary for successful delivery.

5. Product Unavailability

In the uncommon event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, Moshee Store will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

The customer may choose:

• A suitable alternative product, subject to the customer’s approval.
• Cancellation of the unavailable item or order.

If the customer has already paid for an unavailable product and does not accept an alternative, Moshee Store will provide a full refund for the unavailable product. The refund may be made through the original payment method where available, InstaPay, a mobile wallet, or another method agreed with the customer.

6. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods will be shown during checkout.

Moshee Store reserves the right to correct an obvious pricing, description, or technical error before confirming the order.

If a pricing error affects an order that has already been submitted, the customer will be informed before the order is confirmed and may either accept the corrected price or cancel the affected product and receive a full refund of any amount already paid for it.

7. Delivery

Delivery times shown by Moshee Store are reasonable estimates and may be affected by the delivery location, customer availability, public holidays, courier operations, exceptional demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy published on our website.
